Francis MARSAC
Francis Marsac is a research director at IRD, IRD representative in the Seychelles, oceanographer and fisherman, expert in Indian Ocean tuna fisheries and related environmental issues.
As part of the Indian Ocean 2022 Mission led by Explorations de Monaco, he is responsible for the multidisciplinary study of the Saya de Malha Bank ecosystem, an ocean area jointly managed by the Seychelles and Mauritius.
