Studying the trophic ecology of the three marine turtle species : Green Turtle, Hawksbill and Leatherback.
As emblematic species of threatened biodiversity, structuring elements of ecosystems and the dynamics of natural resources, sea turtles constitute a major priority in terms of sustainable management and preservation of marine ecosystems. But they are also an important asset in terms of valuing biodiversity, especially at the economic level, because of the tourist attraction they generate. Nevertheless, knowledge about the ecology of sea turtles is still very poor. It is therefore crucial to understand how these species use marine resources during their life cycle, if we want to develop and implement more effective threat mitigation measures.
